7:00 am/ 7:30 am: Bus departs for University of Kentucky Medical Center
8:00-3:00 pm: Scientific Session. (light breakfast and box lunch provided)
3:00 pm: Board bus and depart for The Manchester Hotel
Spouse/Guest Program
9:30 am: Bus departs Manchester Hotel for Jon Carloftis’ Botherum House (casual dress)
11:30 - 1:00 pm: Lunch at Janie Pappas’ Pioneer House at Gratz Park & Transylvania College
1:00 - 2:30 pm: Tour Lexington Historic Courthouse with Holly Wiedemann
Monday Evening
6:30 pm: Bus departs Manchester Hotel for The Apiary for drinks, dinner and dancing. Music by Keith McCutchen

Sunday, April 12th, 2026
9:45 am: Bus boarding for Darby Dan Horse Farm (modest walking)
11:45 am: Bus boarding for Keeneland Race Course
Private Lunch - Keeneland Room
Attire: Coat and tie for men, appropriate dress for ladies, shoe change optional
6:30 pm: Reception and Dinner at the Manchester Hotel Presentation: “Mother of Bourbon” by John Bowling Stewart
Attire: Jacket with tie optional
