6:30 - 9:00 pm: Bus to dinner at the John & Magadalene Stewart’s home
Monday, April 13th, 2026
Surgeons’ Program
7:00 am: Bus departs for University of Kentucky
7:30-3:00 pm: Scientific Session. (light breakfast and box lunch provided)
3:00 pm: Board bus and depart for The Manchester Hotel
Spouse/Guest Program

5:30 pm: Bus departs The Apiary
9:15 and 10 pm: Bus departs for The Manchester Hotel
(There will be two trips.)
Sunday, April 12th, 2026
10:00 am: pick-up at The Manchester for a horse tour farm and light bites at Darby Dan Farm (coat & tie for men, ladies business formal)
11:30 am: Board bus at the farm for transport to Keeneland Race Track for lunch and races
5:00 pm: Board bus at Keeneland for return to The Manchester Hotel
6:30 pm: Dinner at The Granddam in The Manchester Hotel
